- Ability to deliver strategic objectives through effective day-to-day management
- Experience of working under pressure and in crisis situations
- Devising and delivering presentations/training/events
- Extensive liaison with partners/stakeholders
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
The post holder will be required to provide management support to the Unit's on call Duty Officers which may include responding to emergencies out of normal office hours. It is essential for applicants to be car owners and hold a full, current driving licence for which a car allowance is payable. The post holders will be required to live within 45 minutes travelling distance of central Manchester.
