This session will examine how a crisis situation will test both personal and organizational resilience and how through effective planning and testing this can be mitigated.

Applying the learning from critical decision-making tools used within the emergency services Interoperability Program as well as recommendations from recent public inquires will provide delegates with some key take-aways that will ensure they are better prepared for any future challenges.
