Over the past three years, he has consulted with organizations of all sizes and in nearly all industries. Joey specializes in the design, development, and management of customised business continuity programs for hospitals, retailers, universities, law firms, and financial institutions.  His background in organizational psychology is an asset in assisting organizations in designing effective training and exercising programs to increase employee engagement with the business continuity program. Prior to joining Riskonnect, Joey worked in corporate retail as a merchandise planner.  Joey is currently earning his master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology focused on leadership, workplace health, and job satisfaction.
