The presentation is focused on promoting business resilience corporate training for changing organizational culture. It includes reference to Module 2 in GPG 7.0 for embracing business continuity.

    Senior Manager, Risk & Resilience Advisory, Australia & New Zealand , RiskLogic

    Ruchi is a Senior Manager with RiskLogic’s Sydney team. She responsible for supporting the development, maintenance and implementation of Risk and Resilience Programs.  

    Ruchi is a subject matter expert with over 12 years’ experience in design and implementation of risk and assurance frameworks, Compliance frameworks, Regulatory assurance programs and Control Optimisation programs. She is experienced in working with business leaders including Board Directors to assist with embedding of risk programs to support strategic and tactical outcomes including experienced in consulting with regulatory bodies such as OAIC, ASIC and AFCA.

    Prior to RiskLogic, Ruchi has worked in leadership and management roles in the financial services sector with BIG 4 banks including advisory and leadership role with A/NZ Credit Bureau (Equifax) in Sydney.  

    Qualifications 

    Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) - Delhi University, India 
    Post Graduate Diploma for Corporate Governance Institute of Australia 
    Advanced Risk Management (GRC) - GRC Institue, Australia 
    Business Continuity Certification (CBCI) - Business Continuity Institute, UK
